風間重吉は花田秀次郎との果たし合いで左腕を失った。出所した秀次郎は林田一家の世話になる。樺島一家は採石の入札をめぐって林田と老舗“淺野屋“を圧迫していた。樺島の客人となった風間は、秀次郎に果たし狀を渡すが、女房が兇弾に倒れ、秀次郎とともに死地に向かう。

　　預科學校若智書院有一群成績堪憂思想活躍的學生，校董家的謝天（何啟南 飾）與謝地兄妹憑借老爸身份，即便留級也不擔心學業(yè)；綽號水電工的嘉明為人老實，暗戀同學白逸夢（陳松伶 飾），而白逸夢滿腦子言情幻想，全然沒有留意；李時珍（李麗珍 飾）因為在南太平洋群島旅游，耽誤了開學日，在旅游期間，李時珍結識了香港青年戴運河（陳山河 飾），運河對時珍一見鐘情，不顧家人反對退掉美國大學，趕到香港入讀若智書院。運河的到來令謝天大為緊張，謝天屬意時珍日久，和死黨吳成材一直無法打動芳心，但也不能容忍運河插手。校園內(nèi)一時掀起了一場多角戀愛的爭奪……校董面對惡作劇的學生們大為光火，聘請軍校老師對書院進行軍事化管理，這引發(fā)了學生們的空前團結……
