即將退伍的南韓兵長千禹（高庚杓 飾），某天意外在緊繃的南北韓軍事線附近，撿到一張飄向自己的頭獎彩券，之后卻一個不小心，讓這張彩券乘風飄向無法涉足的北韓…。為了靠57億獎金實現退伍夢想，他使出渾身解數尋找彩券，沒想到竟被北韓士兵榮浩（李伊庚 飾）給撿到…。跟彩券擦身而過的 千禹，以及在北韓不過是張紙片，必須到南韓把彩券換成獎金的榮浩，再加上意想不到的成員們共同加入，雙方為了死守這57億巨額獎金，決定“越線”展開驚險刺激的機密協商······
